I want this question to ponder in everyone’s mind, what is better getting a degee from a Comm College or a university ?
Which on looks more impressive a education from Community, or one from a University, why ?
Many people like to say that the reason that they fail to go to a college is MONEY. But doesnt everybody know that the best investment is you education?
My personal opinion is that , when you are paying 11,000 or plus a year for a education, what comes with that is time to grow up with out living at home, responsiblity, education, 24 hour food, and help services, and never having to worry about bills, the only thing that you will have to ask the goverment for is to finance your education, and getting a job in something that you love and not having to pay the gov. back until you graduate.
Where at a community you are paying less but yet spending more, because your still living at home, still working, &still have the bubble of protection around you from your parents.

I’d say both make sure all your classes at a CC transfer to the 4yr U and do the first two at the CC then finish at the U…
I agree with the first guy do both.
CC are ok but not equal to a 4 yr.
First guy has it right….saves you money and looks just as good.
If you go to a community college, you can only get an associate’s degree, while most well paying jobs require a batcherlor’s degree from a 4 year college… if you’re deciding between the two, try this… work hard at community college, and attend state school… usually, it should be close enough to your home… A lot of people take this route because of money issues, or their unwillingness to leave their family behind.
community college and university are not even comparable… i know people who in high school were C average students and went to community college and have a 4.0 gpa… whereas i had a A+ ave in high school, went to a 4 yr univ and had a very difficult time maintaining a cumulative gpa over 3.5 … i would recommend comm. college over not going to college tho
Community colleges in my opinion are for those who don’t really like college work, but need enough just to get a good job, and thats where it come in handy…but not all credits transfer from a community college to a 4yr, like everybody else is saying, i would do a 4yr/university!!
