Can I have my dental bills paid by the state, as I am in full time University Education? I live in the UK?

I broke my front tooth in half years ago, and they put on a plastic type cap thingy, saying that i was too young for a permanent fix. The plastic thing broke off today and I was wondering if I can claim the cost of fixing it back in any way, seeing as I am a full time student.

Sorry, but you can’t clam the money back even your a student in the uk . You could all ways go back and get another one . Maybe the give it to you for free ??? .
